Incorrect Address Disclaimer
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, you may be responsible for additional shipping charges.
Lost or Damaged Packages
We are not responsible for packages lost or damaged in transit. However, if your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 1 day of delivery with photos of the damage, and we will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier.
